Join us for a slow, meditative yin-yoga practice designed to enhance the mobility of your joints. This class will mindfully stress your body's connective tissues while challenging the calmness of your mind.

In our Vinyasa flow classes, you’ll progress through sun salutations (suryanamaskar A and B) and then complete a defined series of standing poses, including balance poses, each held for five cycles of breath. Following that, you’ll transition to a series of floor poses, which encompass intense twists and stretches, as well as backbends and inversions.
